Special Certification Requirments
Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in Florida pursuant Chapter 464 F.S.
- One year as a registerd nurse in a Hospitial or a Skilled Nursing Facility and one year home health experience preferred.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
- Ability to delegate care appropriately and to supervise Licensed Practical Nurses.
Practical Nurse / LPN
- Currently licensed to practice practical nursing in Florida pursuant Chapter 464 F.S.
- Minimum one year of experience in the acute care setting and preferably, one year in Home Health.
Physical Therapist
- Currently licenced in the state of Florda, pursuant to Chapter 485 F.S.
- Minimum of one experience as a Physical Therapist.
Speech Therapist
- Currently licenced in the state of Florda, pursuant to Chapter 468 F.S.
- Minimum of one experience as a SpeechTherapist.
Occupational Therapist
- Currently licensed in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of one experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Home Health Aide
- Proof of Curriculm - Home Health Aide Certificate with 75 hours
Social Worker
- Master's degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- One year of social work experience in a health care setting.
