Allegiance Home Health and Rehab offers a variety of services to help you get back to the things that matter most.  We provide rehabilitation therapy programs to help patients recover from illness and/or injury.  Our goal is to help our patients regain function and recuperate as much independence as possible despite their ongoing disabilities.
