We are proud to announce that Allegiance Home Health & Rehab, Inc. has received a zero-deficiency rating on the recertification survey conducted by the Florida Department of Health and Human Services in November!  The state makes unannounced visits to health care facilities like ours annually to ensure all state and federal standards are met – and we passed the inspection with zero problems to correct.

Our CEO Rosie Inguanzo-Martin credits the company’s high standards of care and dedicated team with the agency’s ability to achieve the zero-deficiency rating.

“Our entire team works day-in and day-out to deliver superior patient care,” said Inguanzo-Martin. “We’re so proud to have earned this rating from the state, and we are committed to maintaining our status as a top home healthcare agency for the patients and families we serve.”

Allegiance’s zero-deficiency rating means that our agency is in compliance with the rules and regulations that govern nursing facilities set by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and that quality care is being provided. During the surprise visit, the surveyors reviewed paperwork, protocol and procedures, as well as examined our daily operations. They found zero “defects” at Allegiance Home Health and Rehab – meaning they found no problems or issues that did not meet the standards. Allegiance also had zero deficiencies on the Emergency Preparedness Survey conducted by the state as well.

We’re honored to continue to be considered a top-notch home health care agency in South Florida, and we continue to pledge our allegiance to our patients and families!
