If you’re uncertain about your coverage, we’d be happy to contact the insurance provider and verify the benefits of your coverage.
We typically process a client’s information within 24 hours including a comprehensive home care evaluation by a registered nurse and the selection of a qualified caregiver(s). If you are in urgent need for a nurse, therapist or personal caregiver (certified nursing assistant, home health aide) we are able to process new requests and provide staffing in as little as a few hours.
We provide care to seniors living in their own homes, in nursing care facilities and in a variety of other housing circumstances including assisted living facilities. Please contact us if you’d like to know more about the services we can provide in your unique situation.
We provide services every day of the year and at any time of the day. Our caregivers can visit you at home for as little as 2 hours or as much as full-time, around-the-clock care. We can provide a tailor made caregiver plan including respite care to meet your individual needs. Contact us today to discuss your needs.
All of our caregivers are direct employees and not independent contractors. We handle payroll and required taxes for our caregivers. You have peace of mind knowing that you or your loved one is under our umbrella of protection including liability/malpractice insurance, workers compensation and unemployment. All of our caregivers are continually trained, educated and supervised.
– We validate all caregiver certificates/licenses with the appropriate schools before they can be hired; as well as all of their continuing education units. At Allegiance we conduct written tests that the caregiver must pass to be on boarded. Lastly, we always authenticate caregivers’ work/personal references and run a Level II background check.
We find the best way to recruit our caregivers is through word of mouth and employee referrals. We have also had success building relationships with educational institutions who recommend their top graduates.
By choosing only the warmest and most sympathetic caregivers to join our team, we know we’re offering you only the best, exactly as we would want for our own families.
